The bed sheets were really nice, felt comfortable, it is easy to sleep in a clean space, gives a sensation of security, the room is dark enough to sleep and everything is just minimalist but sufficient.

The staff. We arrived at 7am after 20 hours of travelling and asked if an early check in was possible. They took our bags and told us it would be a couple hours. Then after about 45 minutes they told us they had a room ready for us. We are forever grateful because we were exhausted. The girl also made such an effort to speak English with us because we had no Portuguese and we were so tired. I don’t know her name but thank you so so much, we really appreciated it! xx

Located next to a shopping mall which was very convenient. It has everything one expects from an Ibis. Never disappointing. Breakfast was good.
